About Us
The Ute Mountain Ute Tribe strives to deliver quality educational
programming to Ute students in accordance with Ute values, traditions,
culture and language. If you are seeking a unique experience in education,
the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe offers an opportunity to develop Science,
Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM) programming
with an Indigenous lens. A primary focus will be on community learning
and engagement, working with the newly opened Kwiyagatu Community
Academy, the Montezuma-Cortez School District RE-1 in Cortez, CO and
the San Juan School District in Blanding, Utah.
